1st and 2nd shift Returns Associate/Quality Inspector

We are looking for a detail-oriented Returns Associate/Quality Inspector to join a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transfer or upload software to electronic devices as needed
• Remove programs from devices according to internal procedures
• Accurately record and log device data into inventory systems
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail during all data entry tasks
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling and processing returned items
• Handle devices carefully to prevent damage
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Qualifications:

• Basic IT knowledge or familiarity with software installations is preferred
• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working with computers and electronic devices
• Dependable, punctual, and organized
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling returned goods or electronic devices
• Familiarity with inventory systems or device configuration tools
