Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Armada automated press brake machines
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to meet exact specifications
- Program and edit CNC controls as needed
- Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Ensure all parts meet tight tolerance requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Collaborate effectively with teammates and work independently when needed
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to read and understand measurements in imperial and metric systems
- Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
- Solid understanding of press brake machine operations
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Good vision to read small gauges and measurements
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
