Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble, package, and inspect products according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Assist with material handling and moving products throughout the facility
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
