Join a leading metal manufacturing team in Watseka, IL as a Press Brake Operator. If you have an eye for detail, enjoy working with metal, and are looking for a stable, hands-on role, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Pay: $15 - $16.50 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM (Weekends off)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Selecting the correct tooling and positioning it properly on the press brake
• Loading metal sheets or plates onto the machine
• Operating the press brake, monitoring the bending process, and making adjustments as needed
• Inspecting finished products to ensure accuracy and quality
• Performing routine maintenance to keep machines running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

• Experience operating a press brake or similar metal fabrication machinery preferred
• Ability to read and interpret measurements and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently and ensure quality production
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn
