We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join a manufacturing team supporting the assembly of high-quality components. This role requires the ability to read instructions and blueprints, follow precise specifications, and assemble parts accurately in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare work by reviewing assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists
- Gather required parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials prior to assembly
- Assemble components by examining connections for proper fit and fastening parts and subassemblies
- Verify product specifications by measuring completed components to ensure accuracy and quality
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment malfunctions
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks by following manufacturer guidelines and instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety, quality, and production standards
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds as required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
