What You’ll Be Doing:
• Build and assemble wooden pallets according to specifications
• Use hand and power tools, including nail guns and saws
• Measure, cut, and position wood materials
• Inspect completed pallets for quality and proper construction
• Move and organize materials throughout the work area
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Previous pallet building, carpentry, construction, or woodworking experience preferred
✔️ Comfortable using hand and power tools
✔️ Ability to read measurements and use a tape measure
✔️ Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
✔️ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
✔️ Reliable attendance and punctuality
