We are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators for 3rd shift opportunities in Williamsport, Indiana. This is a great opportunity for candidates with a strong production background who are looking for stable employment and long-term growth.
Shift & Pay Details:
- Training Requirement: Must be willing to train on 1st shift for a minimum of one month (possibly longer)
- Training Pay (1st Shift): $17.00/hour
Position Overview – Loom Operator
As a Loom Operator, you will play a key role in the production process by operating and monitoring specialized machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure yarn is properly threaded through the machine
- Monitor machine operation during production runs
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, including repairing yarn breaks through splicing
- Change yarn and bobbins as needed
- Inspect hose quality throughout the manufacturing process
- Perform general machine operation duties
- Conduct quality checks on finished products
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety and production standards
Qualifications:
- MINIMUM of 2 year machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
