Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all inquiries and requests.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability and ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand our client base.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key insights and opportunities for growth.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
