We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-through
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular check-ins and needs assessments
- Manage client accounts, contracts, renewals, and service issues with professionalism and urgency
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to support business growth
- Track account activity, performance metrics, and client interactions in CRM systems
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and leadership
- Resolve client concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, sales, or client services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
