Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a temporary role supporting the Accounting Department of an automotive company located in Everett, WA. Starting pay is $30 per hour. This is a full-time, temporary position on day shift, working 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Customer Service Representative to support the Accounting Department. This role involves answering incoming calls, assisting customers with billing inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate team members. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Customer Service Representative to support the Accounting Department. This role involves answering incoming calls, assisting customers with billing inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate team members. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answer and route incoming phone calls related to accounting and billing.
- Provide basic support for customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account status.
- Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up records.
- Collaborate with accounting staff to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience in accounting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
