Express Employment Professionals is now hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk in Cookeville, TN. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and experienced in handling financial transactions in a fast-paced office environment.

Pay: $17-$22/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Maintain vendor files and respond to vendor inquiries
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous accounts payable or accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience with accounting software is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
