Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager with strong construction accounting knowledge to manage billing, collections, and contract-related receivables. The role involves working closely with GCs, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable for active construction projects
- Handle running contracts and subcontractor billing
- Process GC payments through Procore and Textura
- Prepare and submit billing, Schedule of Values (SOV), and pay applications
- Manage lien releases and compliance documentation
- Track collections, follow up on outstanding balances, and ensure timely processing
Qualifications
- Experience in construction accounts receivable
- Strong knowledge of Procore, Textura, billing, and SOVs
- Understanding of lien releases and contract billing
- Good communication and organizational skills
