Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Professional with a strong understanding of SaaS and/or recruitment technology. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with agencies, employers, and other key clients to drive growth and expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Develop a pipeline of potential clients in the recruitment and HR tech space, focusing on agencies, employers, and candidate-focused entities.
- Consultative Selling: Engage in consultative selling to understand client needs and recommend AcquireROI's solutions to optimize their job advertising spend and candidate reach.
- Manage the Sales Cycle: Take ownership of the entire sales process from initial outreach and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster long-term partnerships with clients through regular check-ins, product updates, and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Teams: Provide client feedback to inform product development and contribute to the refinement of marketing strategies to support sales growth.
- Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, contributing directly to AcquireROI's revenue and growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS Sales or Recruitment Tech: 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within SaaS or HR/recruitment solutions.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present solutions effectively to a diverse client base.
- Results-Driven Mindset: Motivated by achieving results and helping clients solve challenges in recruitment and job advertising.
- Client-Centric Approach: Ability to build trust and provide value to clients through a consultative sales approach.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with CRM software, sales automation tools, and willingness to learn new technologies relevant to job advertising.
