- Be the First Point of Contact: Greet and assist onsite guests with professionalism and courtesy.

- Support Payroll Management: Help with collecting and verifying timesheets, entering payroll data, and managing payroll liabilities.
- Communication and Correspondence: Draft memos, letters, and forms, and provide excellent customer service when answering calls and emails.

- Experience: Previous experience in office administration is highly preferred.
