Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
- Greet and welcome visitors and vendors
- Provide clerical support to office staff and management
- Generate memos, emails, reports, and other documents as needed
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Ensure deadlines are met and work is completed accurately
- Assist with general office duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Word, Outlook, Excel preferred)
- Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
