Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative / Permit Coordinator to support marine construction projects and the owner's office. This role involves managing permit applications, coordinating with local agencies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and handling administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, submit, and track permit applications; coordinate with agencies for approvals.
  • Ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Manage schedules, correspondence, and documentation for the owner and projects.
  • Maintain organized records, budgets, and reporting systems.
  • Assist with social media updates and office workflow as needed.
  • Occasionally support personal assistant tasks for the owner.

Qualifications:
