Responsibilities:
- Assemble components based on blueprints and technical drawings (BOMs).
- Follow step-by-step instructions
- Utilize basic hand tools for the assembly process.
- Ensure quality control by reviewing each completed step before progressing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Basic shop math and measurement skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, pushing, and pulling.
