Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in account management or customer support
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
- Experience in Industrial B2B environments, preferably aerospace or manufacturing
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM customers from quote through shipment, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
- Build and maintain strong OEM customer relationships while driving performance in quoting, quality, and delivery
- Act as the customer's voice internally, leading cross-functional collaboration to resolve order, quality, and performance issues
- Analyze customer feedback and performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate order and shipment data in the ERP system and provide regular status updates
