Aerospace Inside Sales Manager

Location: La Mirada, CA

Salary: $105K - $135K

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with aerospace customers, identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including quoting, negotiations, order management, and post-sale customer support.
• Lead, mentor, and support the inside sales team while driving performance, customer satisfaction, and sales growth.
• Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and production teams to ensure accurate pricing, inventory availability, and on-time delivery.
• Monitor market trends, customer demand, and sales metrics to develop strategies that increase revenue and strengthen customer partnerships.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of inside sales experience within the aerospace and/or industrial metals industry.
• Previous leadership or Sales Manager experience with a proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace materials, industrial metals, manufacturing processes, and customer requirements.
• Experience with CRM systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
