Aerospace Operations Manager

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management or a related field is required
• 5+ years experience of operations, warehouse, or logistics management
• Leadership skills

• Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of the aviation industry sector in which the company operates

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, product maintenance, and shipping of tools and equipment
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, including supplier deliveries and customer shipments
• Negotiate and manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Leverage technology (ERP/WMS systems) to improve workflow and data accuracy
• Supervise and train warehouse staff and support teams
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time
• Partner with sales, customer service, and purchasing teams to resolve operational issues
• Promote a safe, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture
