Aerospace Production Scheduler

Location: West Chester, OH

Pay: $48k-$50k/yr

Responsibilities:

• Compile and maintain production data from customer orders, work orders, production sheets, and product specifications.
• Prepare and distribute shop floor documentation and work orders to support manufacturing operations.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical document control files for production records.
• Enter, update, and retrieve production data, reports, and inventory information using computer systems.
• Assist with material inventory tracking and prepare requisitions for materials and supplies.
• Support production scheduling and document release activities to ensure timely workflow.
• Perform additional administrative and document control duties as assigned within the production office.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder required.
• Prior experience in a discrete job shop manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working independently with strong initiative.
• Basic computer proficiency with the ability to manage electronic files and production data.
• Ability to work effectively in both manufacturing and office environments.
