What You'll Do
- Prepare and load fertilizer and soil amendment products accurately.
- Operate application equipment, including airflow and spinner buggy equipment.
- Apply products accurately and efficiently based on recommendations, weather, and field conditions.
- Perform equipment maintenance and help keep equipment in good working order.
- Communicate with growers professionally and respectfully.
- Manage your time and work independently to meet deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks associated with application and equipment maintenance.
- Comfortable working long hours during busy spring and summer seasons.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- No special applicator license required to start.
What to Expect

- Opportunity to gain experience with fall applications and prepare for the busy spring season.
- 90-day introductory employment period.
- Required pre-employment drug and alcohol testing, with enrollment in random testing.
