Responsibilities:

• Assist with repairs and maintenance in apartments and buildings
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks with guidance
• Complete painting, drywall patching, and general upkeep
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and facilities
• Respond to basic tenant maintenance requests

Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (climbing, bending, standing)
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
• Previous maintenance or handyman experience is a plus but not required
