Apartment Maintenance Technician | $20-$25/Hour

We're hiring for an Apartment Maintenance Technician position in the Cookeville area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and helping keep apartment communities safe and well-maintained. If you have strong maintenance skills and take pride in quality work, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll do:

• Perform maintenance and repairs throughout apartment communities
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance issues
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare apartments for new residents by completing make-ready repairs
• Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What you need:

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Days/hours: Full-time, Day Shift
