We have an immediate opening for a Property Manager in a well-maintained residential community. This community includes 9 buildings and a dedicated team of 6. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can effectively manage day-to-day operations while supporting and guiding the team to success.
The ideal candidate will take initiative, follow through on tasks, and stay organized. You'll be responsible for ensuring work orders are completed, tenant communications are sent, and basic Excel-based tracking is maintained. Experience with low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) properties is preferred.

Job Duties:
- Follow up on maintenance work orders to ensure timely completion
- Send out notices to tenants (e.g., non-payment notices, lease reminders)
- Perform basic data entry in Excel (unit tracking, notices posted, attorney communications)
- Manage accounts receivable reports and monitor delinquencies
- Support basic leasing tasks as needed
- Maintain compliance and ensure all documentation is properly tracked
- Preferred experience with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties
