We're looking for a hands-on Apparel Technician to join a fast-paced apparel production team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality decorated garments and enjoys working with their hands in a creative, energetic environment.
What You'll Do:
- Operate and maintain apparel decoration equipment such as screen printers, embroidery machines, and heat presses
- Prep materials, mix inks or threads, and ensure accurate setup for each job
- Perform quality checks on garments throughout production to meet brand standards
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and keep work areas organized and safe
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in at least two apparel decoration methods (screen print, embroidery, DTG/DTF, or heat press)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Basic mechanical or troubleshooting skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
