Job Duties:

• Assemble components and materials according to work instructions and blueprints.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect parts for accuracy, quality, and completeness before moving products down the line.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with teammates to hit production goals and keep operations running efficiently.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent, top-quality output.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Positive attitude, great attendance, and team-oriented mindset.
