Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components according to work instructions and blueprints
- Use hand and power tools to build and install components
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Operate forklift to move products
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What We Are Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to use basic tools (training provided)
- Reliability and excellent attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight (up to 40lbs) during the shift
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Previous forklift experience is preferred
