Key Responsibilities
- Test, inspect, and assemble electronic and mechanical products to meet quality, service, and production goals.
- Perform rework or product modifications as needed to support customer requirements.
- Train team members on work procedures to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Pull, restock, and maintain parts inventory; record inventory transactions accurately to support production and repair workflows.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas; follow all safety and housekeeping standards.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to reduce costs, improve quality, and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Work with minimal supervision and support additional tasks as assigned.
- Support production needs by working overtime when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand work instructions, schematics, and related documentation.
- Previous experience assembling electrical or mechanical devices in a production environment.
- Proficiency using common hand tools and basic electrical test equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity; able to maintain high accuracy in repetitive tasks.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).
- Ability to train others one‑on‑one and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
