Assembly Lead

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Assembly Coordinator to join a dynamic production team. This role supports assembly operations and ensures smooth workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. #1939LID

Location: Tualatin, OR
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00/hour (DOE)
Shift: 5AM - 1:30PM Full-time, Day Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily assembly and packaging activities to meet production schedules.
• Ensure quality standards and proper identification of packaged products.
• Track job progress, report issues, and propose process improvements.
• Plan and prioritize resources for sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Foster a positive team environment using Lean Manufacturing principles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production or manufacturing.
• Ability to read work orders and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Knowledge of assembly processes and quality standards.
