Responsibilities
- Assemble components and sub-assemblies using hand tools and machines
- Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Prepare and organize materials, tools, and parts for production
- Fasten, align, and inspect components; perform quality checks
- Trim, drill, bond, or heat plastic parts as needed
- Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized
Qualifications
- Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Must pass a background check
- Ability to read instructions, perform basic math, and use a computer.
- Good hand-eye coordination; able to stand 8-10 hours and lift up to 35 lbs.
- Team player with strong focus on safety and quality
