Associate Attorney

Located in Kalispell, MT

Salary: 50-100k DOE

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring for an Associate Attorney for a local Flathead Valley client.

Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Responsibilities:

• Advise and assist clients with real estate transactions, contract review, and related legal issues.
• Handle probate and estate planning matters, including preparation of wills, trusts, and related documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance to clients and senior attorneys.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution, ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedural requirements.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Montana.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred; exceptional entry-level candidates with strong academic credentials will be considered.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
