Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring an Auto Loan Funding Specialist for a local company that is growing located in Everett, WA. Starting pay is $72,000 annually. This is a full-time, permanent position on a day shift working Monday - Friday.
As an Auto Loan Funding Specialist, you will be responsible for funding Retail Installment Contracts for auto purchases, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and cultivating strong business relationships. You'll work closely with local auto dealerships and customers to facilitate smooth and efficient loan processing.

Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring an Auto Loan Funding Specialist for a local company that is growing located in Everett, WA. Starting pay is $72,000 annually. This is a full-time, permanent position on a day shift working Monday - Friday.
As an Auto Loan Funding Specialist, you will be responsible for funding Retail Installment Contracts for auto purchases, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and cultivating strong business relationships. You'll work closely with local auto dealerships and customers to facilitate smooth and efficient loan processing.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Arrange and process auto loan funding packets
- Manage efficient funding processes to ensure quick turnaround
- Verify and investigate loan applications and paperwork
- Communicate diligently and professionally with dealerships and customers daily
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in subprime lending or finance in the auto industry
- Self-driven, energetic, tenacious, and upbeat personality with a sense of urgency
- Ability to prioritize and multitask (phones, emails, filing, etc.)
- Strong follow-up abilities and excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with attention to required procedures
- Ability to cultivate business relationships with ease
- Quick learner who can adapt to changes in the field
- Ability to self-manage day-to-day activities
