Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring an Automotive Customer Service Manager / Parts Buyer for a growing specialty automotive company in Arlington, WA.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has worked in an automotive shop environment and enjoys combining customer service, project coordination, and parts sourcing. You'll work closely with customers and technicians to help move unique automotive projects from initial intake through completion.
Automotive shop experience is required.

What You'll Do
- Manage customer relationships throughout active projects
- Coordinate vehicle and project intake
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and workflow coordination
- Source and purchase parts from vendors and suppliers
- Provide customers with updates regarding timelines and project status
- Maintain project records, estimates, and documentation
- Work closely with technicians and shop leadership to support successful project completion
- Track parts orders and ensure materials arrive on schedule
- Support daily shop operations and customer communication
- Deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive shop experience required
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
- Customer service, service advisor, or automotive management experience preferred
- Experience sourcing automotive parts and working with vendors
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency and comfort learning new software platforms
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
