Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring an Automotive Upholstery Technician / Trimmer for a full-time opportunity with an established specialty automotive restoration and fabrication company in Arlington, WA.

What You'll Do
- Complete full automotive interior installations and replacements
- Perform upholstery repairs and interior restorations
- Install seat covers, carpets, door panels, and trim components
- Fabricate and install custom interior components
- Install and replace headliners
- Install and repair convertible tops
- Operate industrial sewing equipment
- Assist with estimating and bidding upholstery projects
- Order upholstery materials and supplies
- Communicate with customers regarding project scope and options
- Manage workflow and daily operations within the upholstery department
Required Qualifications
- Automotive upholstery experience is required
- Ability to complete full automotive interiors independently
- Experience with automotive sewing and fabrication
- Experience installing headliners and convertible tops
- Ability to perform upholstery repairs and custom interior work
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to read work orders and manage projects efficiently
- Customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Current automobile insurance
