Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Automation Assembler for a reputable manufacturing client in the Snohomish, WA area. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail and experience working with small mechanical or electronic components. Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $22.00/hour
- Schedule Options:
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Location: Snohomish, WA
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble valves, panels, and small mechanical components
- Perform precision wiring, including handling very small parts (magnification may be required)
- Conduct electronic testing, inspection, and assembly tasks
- Use hand tools and testing equipment to verify product quality and functionality
- Complete product testing requiring strong visual and auditory accuracy
- Follow technical instructions to maintain production standards
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members in a production environment
- Maintain accuracy, organization, and safety on the job
Qualifications
- Experience in assembly, electronics, aerospace, or automation manufacturing preferred
- Ability to use hand tools, assembly tools, and testing equipment
- Basic computer skills and navigation
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures
- Capable of repetitive tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
