About the Opportunity
This position is offered through Express Employment Professionals in the St. Louis / St. Charles County area. You will be employed through Express while working at one of our respected automotive client companies in Wentzville, MO. You'll prep and paint truck beds using industrial coatings while supporting a high‑quality production team.
What You'll Do
• Prepare, sand, prime, patch, seal, and clean truck bed surfaces
• Apply industrial primers, polyurethanes, and finishes using a paint spray gun
• Read blueprints and follow clear work instructions
• Erect and safely use ladders, rigging, and scaffolding
• Perform visual quality checks on all finished surfaces
• Assist with basic robot‑assisted painting tasks (training provided)
What You'll Bring
• Valid driver's license
• Experience using paint spray guns
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate work instructions
• Familiarity with TS and ISO requirements
• Basic computer skills and ability to read blueprints
Nice to Have
• Knowledge of robotics or robot programming
