Key Duties:
- Assist customers with parts, products, and service-related questions
- Support parts sales and help identify needed items
- Provide general mechanical or shop support as needed
- Help keep operations running smoothly across departments
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service
- Work closely with team members to support day-to-day business needs
Requirements:
- Parts knowledge and/or experience in a related industry
- Mechanical aptitude or hands-on repair experience
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt and assist in multiple areas
- Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
