BANK TELLER / CUSTOMER RELATIONS ASSOCIATE
1st Shift | Part-Time Position Available

Location: New Bremen, Ohio
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY
This position plays a vital role in providing excellent customer service while supporting daily branch operations. The successful candidate will serve as the face of the bank, assisting customers with financial transactions, addressing inquiries, and promoting bank products and services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service & Sales

• Provide consistent, high-quality service to all customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Cross-sell and refer appropriate bank products and services
• Serve customers by processing deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions
• Address customer inquiries and resolve basic issues in a timely and professional manner

Branch Operations

• Accurately balance cash drawer at the end of each shift
• Assist with vault and branch balancing as needed
• Process proof work and support account maintenance tasks
• Ensure compliance with bank procedures, policies, and security regulations
• Identify potential risks to physical and information security
• Assist with other operational duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience (banking preferred)
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Proficient with computers and basic software applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
