Bartender | Full-Time

We are seeking an enthusiastic, guest-focused Bartender to deliver an exceptional drinking experience. The ideal candidate is confident behind the bar, knowledgeable in classic and modern cocktails, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. Compensation includes hourly pay plus tips.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests
• Interact with customers, take drink orders, and provide menu recommendations
• Mix, garnish, and present cocktails according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
• Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements
• Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
• Stay guest-focused and consistently deliver an excellent customer experience
• Comply with all food, beverage, safety, and sanitation regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender (resume required)
• Strong knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and presentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Relevant bartending or alcohol service certification preferred
