Key Responsibilities
- Guide prospective clients through benefit options using the MetLife portal
- Answer plan-related and general insurance questions during the enrollment process
- Provide clear, accurate explanations of coverage, plan features, and benefits
- Deliver responsive, high-quality service via phone and email
- Support employer groups with:
- Employee additions and terminations
- Eligibility updates
- Respond to billing inquiries and policy service requests
- Serve as a trusted resource for ongoing benefits-related questions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and service experience
Qualifications
- Active Life & Health Insurance License (Required)
- Experience supporting employer-sponsored group benefits programs
- Working knowledge of:
- Dental
- Vision
- Life insurance
- Short-term disability
- Long-term disability
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team-oriented with a professional, service-driven mindset
