- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed
- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
- Provide professional, friendly customer service
- Calm and assist upset or frustrated callers
- Document call information and update records in the system
- Follow call scripts and company procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish required)
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and basic software
