Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in debt collections, with a focus on late-stage recoveries.
- Strong knowledge of student loan debt and related collection practices.
- In-depth understanding of FDCPA, CFPB, and other debt collection regulations.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
- Experience with collection software and CRM systems.
