- Demonstrated full‑cycle recruiting experience
- Proven recruitment experience for:
- Office and Administrative positions
- Skilled Trades roles
- Experience managing Evaluation‑to‑Hire and Direct Hire placements
- Strong client interfacing and consultative relationship skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment
- Professional communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand workforce needs and hiring strategies
- Execute recruiting efforts across office, skilled trades, evaluation‑to‑hire, and direct hire positions
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from intake through onboarding
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment documentation
