Express Employment Professionals of Everett is recruiting a Bilingual Field Safety Coordinator for a building company located in the Mukilteo area. This is a great permanent opportunity for someone who is highly reliable and wants to learn and grow within the construction field and develop strong safety and field‑operations experience. We are looking for a candidate fluent in English who is also bilingual in Spanish. Highly hands‑on, active, and central to daily job site operations.
Position Overview
The Field Safety Coordinator will travel between multiple job sites each day to ensure safety standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include completing safety checklists, documenting site conditions with photos, identifying safety concerns, issuing corrective guidance, and contacting a senior inspector when questions arise. This is a field‑based role that requires comfort being outdoors, driving frequently, and interacting with job site crews.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit 4-6 job sites per day across Snohomish and King Counties, with occasional travel to Mount Vernon, Kingston, Whidbey Island, and North Bend.
- Conduct routine safety inspections using company‑provided checklists.
- Document site observations through written notes and photos.
- Provide onsite safety feedback and corrective direction as needed.
- Consult with a senior safety inspector on escalated or unclear issues.
- Maintain accurate daily inspection logs and reporting.
- Support and promote a culture of safety and communication with field teams.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required (this will be verified at offer stage)
- English fluency required and bilingual in Spanish
- Interest in learning construction, roofing, or general field operations.
- Detail‑oriented, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable driving to multiple job sites daily.
- Able to move around active construction environments (walking, standing, navigating terrain).
What Express Employment Provides
- Stable, full‑time Monday-Friday schedule.
- Company vehicle provided for daily travel.
- Pay is $22 per hour during training and will increase to $25/hr between 1-3 months (when will depend on how quickly you catch onto training and demonstrate aptitude).
- All necessary tools and safety equipment supplied.
- Training and support from senior team members.
- Opportunity for long‑term placement with a respected building company.
