Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Join a leading manufacturing company in Frankfort, IL seeking an experienced Bilingual International Hazmat Shipping & Receiving Clerk. This role is ideal for candidates with strong knowledge of hazardous materials handling, international shipping regulations, and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strictly follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and use required PPE.
Operate and monitor computerized control systems; perform accurate ERP data entry.
Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.
Participate in audits to meet regulatory, customer, and quality compliance.
Respond promptly to customer service inquiries and order notifications.
Submit and track quality notifications for vendor non-compliance or customer complaints.
Coordinate with production to ensure finished goods readiness for shipment.
Maintain SOX compliance where applicable.
Pick, pack, and prepare domestic and international shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Use digital scales (metric and US units) for weighing shipments.
Receive raw materials and packaging; enter COA documentation into ERP.
Load/unload trucks and record transactions in ERP.
Maintain accurate inventory control; perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Complete all standard work documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
3+ years in manufacturing warehouse shipping/receiving.
1+ year handling hazardous materials (Hazmat) in shipping or warehouse environment.
Experience with international shipping (air and sea) and carriers like UPS, FedEx.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (PRISM, SAP, or similar).
Ability to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
Knowledge of inventory control procedures.
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
