Express Employment Professionals, Dayton South, is now hiring a 1st shift bilingual Landscaping Foreman for the Centerville, OH area for $17.50/hour! This will be a direct hire position.

A Landscaping Foreman is responsible for planning, organizing, supervising of grounds, landscaping, and maintenance projects. Their duties include:

• Planning and design: Planning and designing landscaping and grounds maintenance activities.
• Project management: Supervising and coordinating the work of a crew on a specific project.
• Safety: Ensuring that safety practices are followed.
• Driving company trucks/vehicles.
• Inventory: Requisitioning and inventorying tools, supplies, and equipment.
• Client consultation: Consulting with clients to determine their landscaping needs.
• Hands-on tasks: Performing hands-on tasks such as planting, mowing, pruning, and trimming.
• Training: Training and overseeing landscape workers.
• Cost estimates: Preparing cost estimates.
• Irrigation and land mowing: Handling irrigations and land mowing.

Requirements:

• MUST BE bilingual (English/Spanish).
• MUST HAVE previously been a Landscaping Foreman. - this is required!
• MUST HAVE 2 + years' experience. - this is required!
• MUST HAVE great attendance.
• MUST BE willing to interview.
