- Train new employees on job duties and production expectations
- Assign and position employees based on daily production needs
- Provide clear instructions and help keep the team on task
- Serve as the first escalation point for production and employee concerns
- Communicate issues and shift updates to management
- Follow manufacturing procedures and support daily production goals
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous manufacturing or production experience
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and overall reliability
- Ability to train employees and provide clear direction
- Comfortable addressing concerns and escalating issues when needed
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented
