- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 2-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting, email)
- Knowledge of safety regulations and workplace compliance
- Ability to work long shifts and stand/walk for extended periods
- Bilingual (English/Korean or English/Spanish) is a plus

- Experience in battery manufacturing, electronics assembly, or automotive production
- Lean Manufacturing / 5S / Kaizen experience
- KPI and productivity management experience
