Medical Manufacturing Company in St Charles, IL seeking Bilingual 2nd Shift QA Inspectors!!

**EVALUATION TO HIRE OPPORTUNITY**

PAY RATE: Starting at $20.00+ based off experience.

Work Hours: 2nd Shift - Monday to Friday 3:00pm to 11:30pm

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar role in the medical device industry (REQUIRED).
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
• Experience in reading blueprints and specifications.
• Proficiency in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail and observation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adhere to safety protocols.
• High School Diploma, further certification in Quality Control, or relevant work experience is a plus.

Position Purpose: Medical Device Quality Inspectors work with the production team to ensure that the medical devices produced meet the standards and regulations of the medical industry.

Responsibilities

• Inspect medical devices to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards.
• Follow established inspection protocols and procedures.
• Document inspection results and maintain inspection records.
• Identify and report defects or issues of non-compliance.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
• Participate in training and development activities as required.
• Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed.
